Themes & Appearance
Eidolon offers multiple carefully designed interface themes, each with a unique visual style and atmosphere. Switch themes anytime based on your mood and preference.
Switching Themes
- Go to Settings → Appearance → Interface Theme
- Browse available themes
- Click to select a theme you like
- The interface changes immediately — no restart needed
Available Themes

| Amber Tide | Fresh sea breeze and wine in a tall glass, enjoying this quiet private beach |
| Aurora Circuit | Navigation lights and neon echoes at the end of the polar night, like a quiet futuristic ship cabin |
| Graphite Desk | Lead type, steel rulers, and morning paper ink, like an editor's office with only essentials |
| Ember Stage | Charcoal fire, wooden stage, and late applause — a bit of heat, a bit of danger in the air |
| Velvet Bloom | Bouquets and champagne bubbles behind velvet curtains — soft, intimate, a night of being treated well |
| Mint Cream | Mint cream, misty pink stationery, and journal collage — like a gently unfolding private diary |
| Moonmist Aurora | Dark blue-black, purple-cyan mist, and a touch of restrained pink — like aurora breathing on glass under moonlight |
| Petal Pop | Like frosting, ribbons, and glowing stickers falling into a hand mirror — sweet enough, and deliberately a bit flashy |
Font Settings
Each theme comes with a matching font style, but you can manually switch:
- Go to Settings → Appearance → Interface Font
- Select a font scheme
Available Fonts

| Atelier Serif | Like handwritten letters, brass lamps, and wooden table edges — stable, gentle |
| Harbor Notes | Sea breeze, ship logs, and polished brass — lighter, more breathing room |
| Signal Sans | Like a console, screen glow, and clear commands — sharp but not loud |
| Editorial Calm | Magazine margins and whitespace — for more restrained, tidy reading |
| Salon Contrast | For more lavish themes — like velvet, wine glasses, and slowed conversation |
Ambient Atmosphere
Themes change more than just colors — they also affect:
- Background ambiance: Each theme has unique gradients and light effects
- Fog effect: Soft background blur for enhanced depth
- Character lighting: The character model's lighting changes with the theme
Tips
- Choose themes based on time of day: fresh ones for daytime, warm ones for evening
- Try different theme + font combinations for the best reading experience
- Theme switching doesn't affect conversations or data
